Charlie and Marti Saul - OwnersThank you for allowing me to introduce myself and my business. I started designing for a high- end furniture store in 1980, and started my own furniture/design store in Pagosa Springs in 1985. My husband and I moved to Durango and started another store here in 1998 where we currently have four additional designers on our staff.

We specialize in working with blueprints so that the interior is ready to go when construction is finished. Our sources include dealerships in flooring, lighting, wall coverings, drapes and blinds, fixtures, and furniture so that we can coordinate the entire project. This works well for the customer because they can see everything in one place.

Among the many jobs that I have done are custom log homes for Frontier Log Homes including one in Aspen, one in Colorado Springs and one in Durango. I have also done a lot of work for a developer in Durango, doing four model homes in Forest Lakes and three in Dalton Ranch. These had to be completely installed in five days because he was behind schedule and had a grand opening scheduled, and we were able to get it done.

Present projects include a 15,000 sq. ft. house in Telluride, a 7500 sq. ft. log house in Loveland, and a 6000 sq. ft. house in Pagosa Springs. Commercial projects that we have done include the complete remodel of a 137 room motel in Durango and designing and decorating a Four Star Dude Ranch in Colorado Springs for the past 13 years.

We have dealerships with high-end companies to take care of the demands of up-scale market. References furnished on request.
